GIAA is a brand operated by Do The Thing LLC, a company registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States.
By accessing or using this website and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern your use of all content, features, and services available through the GIAA Platform, including certification programs, educational materials, and communications.
By enrolling in a program, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Operator Information
The Platform is operated by Do The Thing LLC, based in Albuquerque, NM, USA, under the brand GIAA (Global Institute for Architectural Analysis).
All legal rights, contracts, and transactions are held by Do The Thing LLC.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is open to students, professionals, and institutions.
Individuals must be at least 16 years old to register. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or academic institution.
4. Account Registration
To enroll in a certification or access certain resources, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not share your account with others.
GIAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Enrollment and Certification
When you enroll in a certification program:
You gain access to a private learning area containing videos, downloadable materials, and other resources.
Certification assignments are manually reviewed by our academic team. You may be asked to make revisions before your certification is granted.
You are entitled to up to three submission attempts per certification.
If after three submissions your work does not meet the required standard, you will need to re-enroll to continue.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Refunds are available only before access to the private learning area has been granted. Once access is provided, or if your student documentation has been approved (for student enrollments), no refunds will be issued.
In the event your student documentation is not approved, your payment will be refunded in full.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Platform, including videos, documents, texts, graphics, and logos, are owned or licensed by Do The Thing LLC and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from GIAA.
Any work you submit for certification remains your intellectual property, but by submitting it, you grant GIAA a non-exclusive license to review, display, and store it for educational and quality control purposes.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform.
- Post, share, or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
While GIAA strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of its content, all materials and certifications are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
GIAA and Do The Thing LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, interruption of service, or academic or professional outcomes.
10. Modifications to the Terms
GIAA may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Mexico.
